I’m an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience across both the NHS and private practice, providing specialist home physiotherapy in Southampton, Winchester and the New Forest.
I focus on orthopaedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, particularly recovery following hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery. I also support clients experiencing mobility challenges, balance difficulties, and persistent joint or muscle pain.
Over the years, I’ve learned that successful rehabilitation is rarely just about a single joint or muscle. It’s about understanding the whole person.
Pain, stiffness and delayed recovery are often influenced by multiple factors — including stress levels, sleep quality, daily habits, activity patterns and, in some cases, diet. Where appropriate, I provide clear, practical guidance on how lifestyle factors may be affecting your condition and recovery.
My approach is holistic in the clinical sense: evidence-based physiotherapy combined with an understanding of how physical, behavioural and environmental factors interact.
All treatment is delivered one-to-one in your home. This allows sessions to be fully tailored not only to your physical condition, but also to your surroundings, routines and personal goals — often leading to more meaningful, sustainable progress than clinic-based care alone.
I combine hands-on therapy, structured rehabilitation and thoughtful guidance so that you always understand what we are working towards — and why. My aim is not simply to reduce pain, but to restore strength, confidence and long-term independence.
I understand that inviting a healthcare professional into your home is a personal decision. My priority is to provide a calm, discreet and professional experience where you feel listened to, respected and fully supported at every stage.
Whether you are preparing for surgery, recovering afterwards, or looking to move with greater ease and resilience, my goal is simple:
To help you return to the life you value — stronger, steadier and more confident.
